A Rare Early 18th Century Oak and Ash Turner’s Table
The boarded circular top, joined to a stout square chamfered block, into which the boldly turned oak column is morticed.
Three simply turned ash “peg feet” support both column and top.
Lovely proportions, colour and patina.
English, circa 1700.
Height 24 inches, width 19 inches.
